CHAIR EGAN, finding no further questions, asked for a motion.                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR PASKVAN  noted for  the record  he was  a lawyer  for the                                                               
Yukon Quest  for many years  and sat  on the Board  of Directors.                                                               
With  that,  he  moved  to  report SB  149  from  committee  with                                                               
individual recommendations  and attached fiscal note.  There were                                                               
no objections and it was so ordered.
